The Carolina Engagement Center is a student-led program that engages nearly 125,000 alumni, parents, and friends of UNC each year. These conversations ensures Carolina keeps record up-to-date, shares important campus news, and garners philanthropic support for the various schools, units, and programs that benefit all who call Carolina home.

When you receive a call from a Carolina Engagement Center student you’ll be speaking with one of the brightest, most motivated students at Carolina. Our students are excited to learn about your own experience at UNC and share with you the positive impact you can make with your philanthropic gift to the university. Thank you for taking our call!

The Carolina Engagement Center’s normal calling hours are Monday-Friday 2:30-5:30pm and 6:00-9:00pm. We are located on the bottom floor of 206 W. Franklin St. and can be reached via email.

Are you a current UNC student who is interested in working for the Carolina Engagement Center? We currently have remote opportunities available and can be reached via email.

The Carolina Engagement Center is one of the largest employers of Carolina students, with over 100 students on staff each semester. Student callers love hearing from Carolina’s vast alumni network and speaking with alumni who excelled in their fields. They gain valuable communication skills and give back to their Carolina community, all while engaging with the fun-loving, hard-working team at the Carolina Engagement Center!
