Matching Gifts

Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions or volunteer hours made by their employees. To find out if your company has a matching gift policy, please enter your employer’s name below.

Increase the impact of your gift by leveraging the generosity and encouragement of your employer. Search for your employer below to find out if they offer matching gifts.

In order to make your matching gift to Carolina, your company will have its own guidelines similar to these steps:

  1. Get a matching gift form from your company or make the request online.
  2. Fill it out the form and send it to:

     Chapel Hill, NC 27514-0309
     Email: matchinggifts@unc.edu
  3. Our Gift Services team will complete the form and contact your company.
  4. Your company will send matching gift funds to Carolina.
  5. The impact of your gift to Carolina may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.
