The Iris Carlton-LaNey Scholarship Fund

Provides support for MSW students who are pursuing careers as social work professionals in the areas of social justice and racial equity.

The O.B. Hardison Scholarship Fund for the Humanities

Provides support for a scholarship in honor of Professor O.B. Hardison, a renowned scholar of English literature who impacted a generation of Carolina students, providing them with an intellectual awakening.

The Psychology Community Clinic Vision

Provides support for the Clinic’s initiatives to provide evidenced-based assessment and treatment, train graduate students in state-of-the-art approaches, and support clinical research that advances the practice of psychology.

The Richard "Stick" and Teresa Holland Williams Endowed Fund

Named in honor of alumni Richard “Stick” Williams (Class of 1975) and Teresa Holland Williams (Class of 1977), whose generous seed gift established the endowment. Its purpose is to provide a permanent source of support that strengthens our sustainability, safeguards our mission and preserves the Stone Center’s lasting impact for generations to come.

The School of Civic Life and Leadership Course Enhancement Fund

Strengthen SCiLL's distinctive curriculum by funding guest lecturers, debate and dialogue programming, experiential learning and other enhancements that deepen students' understanding of civic life and leadership.

The School of Civic Life and Leadership Libertas Scholarship

Provides support for the next generation of civic leaders by providing merit scholarships and enrichment opportunities for outstanding students pursuing a minor in the UNC School of Civic Life and Leadership.

The School of Social Work Social Justice Fund

Provides support for students who enhance racial and cultural diversity.

The Summer Bridge Program

Provides support for a six-week program that helps incoming students, many from underserved backgrounds, transition to college life.

The United States Military Veterans Dental Scholarship Fund

Provides scholarship support for DDS and Dental Hygiene students who are veterans of the United States military (Air Force, Army, Marines, Navy or Coast Guard) in the UNC Adams School of Dentistry. DDS and DH students who are the dependents of US military veterans would also be eligible for selection based on academic performance and financial need.
