The Fund for the School of Civic Life and Leadership is created to provide expendable resources for the general support of the School of Civic Life and Leadership.

Provides support for economic security, workforce development, financial inclusion, social protection, health, and education. Its projects are in India, Kenya, Uganda and other countries.

Provides support for stipends to MSW students completing their required internships, often relieving them of the need for outside work for pay. 

Provides support for the Dean’s priority initiatives to advance pharmacy education, research and practice.

Provides support for pharmacy student scholarships and awards.

Provides support for resources like professional development, leadership training and community engagement that transform classroom learning into real-world impact for our students.

Provides support for the cutting-edge facilities and collaborative spaces essential for training the next generation of healthcare leaders.

Provides support for scholarships, which allow access to cutting edge research and practices to new practitioners and recent graduates when attending may be cost prohibitive.

Provide support for students interested in pursuing a social work degree to do so with limited debt, which honors the first Black faculty member at Carolina.

Provides support for MSW students who are pursuing careers as social work professionals in the areas of social justice and racial equity.
