North Carolina Children’s Jan Burks Assistance Fund

This Fund shall be used to support patients and families treated at NC Children's who require significant financial, emotional and psycho-social support and assistance. Expenditures from the Fund may include, but not limited to, food,transportation, accommodations, travel, mortgages, rent, utility bills, home and automobile repairs, education expenses, phone bills, funeral and cemetery services and other day-to-day expenses faced by patients and families served by NC Children's.
