UNC's fund-raising excellence honored with 10 annual awards

Ten times in the past 17 years, a national organization that supports educational advancement efforts has honored Carolina for its fund-raising success.

No other university – public or private – can match that record.

The latest recognition came with a 2009 CASE-WealthEngine Award for Educational Fundraising in the category of “Overall Performance.” CASE stands for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, which works with educational institutions to enhance their alumni relations, communications and development efforts.
