Young Alumni Council Member Information

Young alumni have the potential to contribute greatly to success and growth at Carolina. As one-fourth of all living alumni, current young alumni give millions of dollars and drastically influence our donor participation rate. The Young Alumni Program is an over-arching program that works to engage graduates of the last 10 years in the fundraising efforts of the University. We encourage all alumni to give annually to any of the schools, units and programs at Carolina.

Young Alumni Council

As the primary volunteer leadership group for young alumni, the Young Alumni Council is charged with improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our overall Young Alumni Program. Our goals and priorities are to foster a connection between young alumni and Carolina and to increase young alumni participation and contributions to the University each year. We establish regional goals for participation. The Young Alumni Council has regional leadership in the following six areas: Atlanta, Charlotte, New York, Orange/Durham Counties, Wake/Johnston Counties and Washington DC.
